Tomorrow Has Become One of The Biggest Idols of Our Generation!

"I'll do it tomorrow."

"I'll start tomorrow."

"I'll get serious about my future tomorrow."

"I'll start taking care of my health tomorrow."

"I'll spend more time praying and reading my Bible tomorrow."

For many people who approach life this way, tomorrow has become a warehouse where they keep storing their dreams, their goals, and the life they keep promising themselves they’ll eventually live.

Meanwhile, today, the only day God has actually placed in their hands, is quietly slipping away.

So today, I am here to tell you:

Stop treating your life as if you have unlimited tomorrows.

God didn’t give you another day simply to repeat yesterday.

He gave it to you because, before you were even formed, He had already made plans for your life, and those plans are still waiting to be discovered, developed, and fulfilled - see Jeremiah 29:11.

This week, take some time to intentionally sit in God’s presence and ask Him to reveal His plans for your life.

By the way, no matter how ambitious your plans are, they will never be as mind-blowing as God’s. So trust Him enough to discover what they are.

If you are having difficulty hearing God’s voice or discovering your purpose, ask yourself this question:

“What is a genuine desire I want to accomplish in this world?

The answer may take time.

Why?

Because the farther you are from who God created you to be, the more buried your identity and purpose can become.

But that discovery process is necessary if you don’t want to spend the rest of your life trapped in the “tomorrow” cycle.

Once you gain clarity, don’t stop there.

1- Write the vision down.

2- Create a plan.

3- Give it a deadline.

Nothing keeps you grounded like a deadline you choose to honor.

Plus, dreams without intentional action have a way of becoming permanent residents of tomorrow.

To conclude, I would like to leave you with some food for thought:

*How much potential is sitting in that warehouse of yours called Tomorrow?

*Some dreams didn’t die. They are just collecting dust in your Tomorrow.

*Every time you postpone taking action towards your goals, you add another box on top of the last one, which is why your dreams slowly become hidden.

One day, you’ll have to decide whether you truly want to build your future or continue to expand your warehouse called tomorrow.

The choice is yours.
